Intelligent Powered Device Alive Checking IDG4x0-W offers the capability to actively check the status of connected Power Devices (PDs) in real-time through ping actions. If the PD ceases operation and fails to respond, IDG4x0-W will automatically restore PoE port power, reactivating the PD. This feature significantly improves network reliability by resetting the power source of the PD through the PoE port, thereby reducing the administrative management workload.
Timed Power Reboot Not only could AMIT PoE modem fix abnormal condition, it also can set schedule to reboot terminal at a specific time each week. Implementing this measure will decrease the likelihood of terminal crashes caused by buffer overflow.
